芝麻三文魚柳伴日本芥辣沙律醬

燒鴨作北京烤鴨食時買了半條青瓜作佐料﹐剩下了一小截不知用來作什麼好。 剛巧大龍嚷著要吃三文魚﹐青瓜跟三文魚可說是絕配呀﹐所以就用了青瓜來做伴碟。煎香了的三文魚柳撒上炒香了的芝麻﹐伴以混了日本芥辣的沙律醬﹐很香口很有日本feel呢! 就這樣平凡的煎三文魚柳都可以變得不平凡﹐生活也是一樣吧﹐加一點心思﹐平凡日子都可以很特別。

  1. i put some sesame on chicken wings before roasting them, which is very nice and feels sort of "japanese" . will try salmon next time

    I do love sesame but I think I don't use it often enough. Just now I am writing this, I have got a new recipe popped in my head to use sesame!

  3. i wonder if u make german dark bread, if yes, sesame is also commonly used (together with sunflower seeds,flaxseeds, really nice and healthy).
