- 牛油/植物牛油……115克
- 苦甜巧克力……115克
- 黃糖粉(golden caster sugar)……300克
- 可可粉……2湯匙
- 普通麵粉……140克
- 雞蛋……2隻
- 香草精(vanilla extract)……½茶匙
- 鹽……¼茶匙
- 焗爐預熱180度C
- 巧克力切成小塊,與牛油同置大碗中,隔水加熱至融化,拌至完全幼滑
- 倒入黃砂糖、香草精及鹽,拌勻﹔稍微放涼一下
- 先打入一隻雞蛋,大力拌至完全拌勻才放打入第二隻,大力拌勻
- 倒入麵粉和可可粉,輕力拌至完全看不見乾粉
- 將麵糊倒入焗盤,入爐焗35-40分鐘,或至插入竹簽抽出沒有沾黏

回覆刪除If you are using this recipe, you can use a 7 inch square tin. When I made it, I actually doubled the amount I posted and used a roasting tin to make the brownies.
As long as the mixture is about 2 inch deep when you pour it in, it should be fine. Try to not have it too thick, it will take agessss to cook.
