昨天是大龍的牛一，問過他有沒有想要的東西問了好幾個月都說沒有，我說那倒不如禮物省下好了，想要需要或想要的再買吧﹔問他要不要蛋糕，他說要！還要巧克力蛋糕。這下子可傷腦筋，最近工作忙死了，工作多得我會自願加班﹔所以要做蛋糕，實在是要從詳計議。
做這個小蛋糕「工程龐大」，整個工序分開了好幾天做，到昨天下班回家(18:30)，換過衣服後便立刻將蛋糕組合，發揮鬼影閃電手去打發忌廉、抹餡、抹忌廉、裝飾﹔大龍下班回家(19:00)，他說要上網看看，我便立刻著手做晚餐﹔再一次使出鬼影手，弄了個香煎肉眼扒配黑椒忌廉汁。坐下準備吃晚餐時方發現﹕「才七點半﹖！」
那一刻忽然想起以前看過的卡通﹕聖鬪士星矢，難道我發揮了我的小宇宙！！

回覆刪除I think practice really makes perfect. I still remember the first time it took me hours to make a cream cake.
It was nice to have cream cake as you know you can't really buy cream cake in Britain

I bought the mould from Hong Kong as well as the heart shape tin.
everytime I go back I buy a lot of cookware and bakeware.
